"I booked this a couple weeks in advance. I received no communication and reached out by message on vrbo app, calling (mailbox was full so could not leave message), and texting. No response so I called vrbo for help. They reached out multiple times as well with no response. I got an email at 8 pm the night before we were to arrive saying our reservation was cancelled due to air conditioning being broken and not able to be fixed in time. "Nice place. Would be a little small for more than 4 people. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of bedding available. The seating in the living room could be better. There's only one couch for sitting. There's 2 small dining tables - one in the living room - but they wouldn't be comfortable for any length of time. One bedroom doesn't have a place to hang clothes or a dresser. Otherwise it's a great little place for a short stay. "
