"Spent 12 nights here whilst visiting family in the area. We agree with other guests that the Alexander Mansion House offers an “experience” in an historic building. We had the Alexander Durante room which was beautiful. Every night we would have a “night cap” and the room would be waiting for us with lamps turned on and the radio on. Breakfast is very much a part of the experience here. We got to meet and talk to / have breakfast with so many other guests over our time here which really added to the experience. Cannot rate this property highly enough. It made for a much needed break and a wonderful Christmas. We will be returning very soon! Thank you to our wonderful hosts x"

"If I could give a million stars, I would! We went so the husbands could hunt, and the wives enjoy a cozy house with the little ones. It was just what we needed for a sweet getaway! The beds were very comfortable, along with pillows! House was stocked with anything you could think of. The house was even decorated for Christmas, which we loved getting to celebrate the holidays with friends and family! Everyone in town was so generous and kind. The clerks at the gas station let us know that there was a Santa/Christmas celebration for all! We loved that we were invited to join in. The restaurant/bars next door were so convenient as well! There was a park next door, but unfortunately it was too cold to play. Last, we brought our two dogs and Danielle was so sweet and left treats for them (us as well!) I hope we are fortunate enough to come stay again sometime soon! Book now - you won’t regret it!"
