"My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Los Recuerdos for two nights. We had paid for the full board which by most definition is all meals. It was only breakfast. The food offered was not to an American pallet. no flame under the chaffing dishes so everything was cold. At check in I was told that I did not pay through Hotels.com I was not in a position to argue, being in Colombia and papers still in my suitcase, so I paid more than I agreed to with Hotels.com. Back at my room I check my paperwork...

Hotel staff were attentive, our only issue was there were extremely disruptive guests on our floor who were partying all night, despite filing noise complaints they continued to party until 4am disrupting our sleep and rooms were not as soundproof as advertised. "I must said that, we travel for a family wedding and it was 60 of us . We totally loved the service. Beautiful view , clean pool with jacuzzi. The breakfast totally delish and variety to pick from .
