"When I arrived the owner was quick to contact me and walk me through the house over the phone. He was very accommodating, wanting to make our stay the best it could possibly be.The house is very well kept up. It was clean. The owner obviously takes very good care for the property. The neighborhood, though older, feels safe. I think many investors and owners in the area see the potential for this neighborhood and are actively seeking to fix up these older homes so that they could be enjoyed...

"We enjoyed our stay. The place was really nice and the neighborhood was very safe which we are always worried about when we stay in places especially around the city. But there was a sheriff that lived just couple houses down so we felt extremely safe after we saw that. We will definitely be returning to this place when we go back that way. Beautiful house with two beds and two bathrooms. The place was very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and nice."

"The owners were amazing! The house was clean, cozy and conveniently located near restaurants and shops. Our daughter is a student at OCU and we will plan to stay here every time we are in town for visits! "

"We arrived around 1:20am coming in late after a basketball game. Parking was right in the drivwway The key pad was easy to work and we went insde the home immediately. Easiest check-in out there! House was clean and easy to access everything needed. "

"Will definitely stay here again. Home was spotless and well organized. Lots of extras so no need to go to the store to stock household items for 1 week stay. Lots of extras! The reviews about the extra firm mattress is no exaggeration. Used a memory foam in the closet to add some comfort. Also would have liked to had use of the garage for extra cold nights. But not a deal breaker. Owner was very responsive and helpful."
