"This was perfect for my 1 night trip. It was very clean, location to Disneyland was great, shopping/restaurants nearby, and free grab and go breakfast was very nice. The bunk beds are twin size and metal. I got assigned a top bunk, I'm over 50 and I wasn't too sure I could manage. I did but I would of preferred a bottom bunk. Since it was only 1 night, it was ok but I know next time to ask for a bottom bunk."

"This is a lovely historic property, close in proximity to Hollywood and Universal Studios. The room and overall residence is clean, cozy and welcoming. The host, TJ is incredibly attentive and a charmer. Refreshments and Breakfast is top-notch. All-in-all, a wonderful stay."

"Great stay at Nathan's again. This was our third stay this year. My husband and I visit our daughter and her husband. It's the perfect location for us. Nathan's place is immaculate, has everything you need and decorated beautifully. Thank you Nathan for another great stay. See you in December."

"We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake. The next morning, in the daylight I further cofimed the misrepresentation, when the power went out while using a hair dryer. I spoke with the owner about the...
