This hotel is amazing! The staff is friendly, kind and helpful. The location in the Triana neighborhood is great, close enough this downtown, but away from all the touristy areas. The restaurant was phenomenal.

Great location but it can get loud since it’s right there in the center of it all .

Small boutique restored palace with Cool art and room decor . Small rooms, small bath area limited storage, comfortable softer bed and linens, good breakfast, the pool was a disappointment. I thought it would be an area with loungers, but it’s an unheated small pool in the rooftop bar area the bar does not serve food and it’s open to public for drinks, not an area to sunbath at all.

The hotel's decor is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous rooms that are both stylish and comfortable with plenty of amenities available, making the stay even more enjoyable. The pool area and lounge are well-maintained and inviting, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs. I loved the cute bakery and the florist on site. The bakery offered delightful treats, and the florist filled the hotel with a wonderful fragrance that added to the overall ambiance. The location is convenient, with the main part of Seville being just a 25-30 minute walk away. The walk itself is pleasant and easy, making it a great way to explore the city. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff provided me with a map of the area and guided me to the main attractions of Seville. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful decor, comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and exceptional service. I'm now keen to try out the hotels on other locations.

We chose the Alfonso X111 for our honeymoon & i can safely say it was an inspired choice. A truly wonderful hotel. Everything about this place oozed class. The room, food, facilities & service were excellent. It more than merits its 5 star status.
