"We really enjoyed the location of the carriage loft! It was close to town and stores but felt serene and private. The loft itself was well appointed and clean. There were some repairs that could be made, but nothing that impacted our stay or would prevent us from returning- for sure! All provisions for a full kitchen were included and the linens/towels were plenty and nice. "This beautiful cottage is nestled in a wooded lot with deer resting among the trees. The wrap around porch and outdoor fire pit are welcoming areas. The cottage was meticulously clean and the appliances were state of the art. The kitchen was very well stocked. The soaking tub in the one bathroom was a delightful way to unwind at the end of the day. We were very pleased with our decision to stay here. We LOVED it!"

"We loved our stay at Bruce and Claudia’s little hideaway! It was a great place to stay with our dogs during a trip to the Placerville area. It’s close enough to downtown, but far enough away to experience the peace and quiet of the river! Everything was as described, you have your own space and privacy, but they are close by if you ever need anything. We will definitely come back and stay again!"

"This was a little piece of heaven. We were in the area for a family members wedding. The house acted as a meeting spot for family to tuch basis and plan. It was nice and quiet, with beautifully lit pathways and ample outside areas to relax. The decorations in the home were done with care for detail. I highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing weekend getaway, or vacation rental. It won't disappoint. 👍😊"

"it was great plenty of room for everyone. well stocked on dished the only thing that was inconvienience was no hot tub after 9pm and locks on thermostats. when you have 16 people on two level home they are not all the same temperature as upper level was to hot when lower level a bit cooler. Overall home was wonderful"
