"Enjoyed the stay here. 2pm check out which was great. 24 hour hot drinks and a really pleasant seating / bar area. Only negatives would be the tiny closest toilet in the room, and the low, not hugely comfortable beds. However even with these i would certainly stay again."

"Very nice location smack in the middle of the city. The car can be parked underground in a public parking about 200m from the hotel. Everything is basically walking distance. There are so many restaurants and wine bars in the surrounding area and shopping options are plenty as well. It is perfect for a weekend away or just a convenient overnight trip. "Convenient location to walk around Lille. Staff were excellent, especially Julia at reception who gave fabulous restaurant recommendations and even booked us a table. Bedroom was a little compact, but had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!"

"Convenient. Comfortable. However, don't think a Nescafé coffee sachet good enough for this type of hotel (luckily i brought my own coffee bags) and didn't like the hand held oddly shaped shower; also found the shower tray slippy when the water initially hit. But slept well and didn't hear the traffic which was good. "

"Beautiful hotel and lovely room. Great staff. The hotel is right in the center of town so access is easy to everywhere, but I recommend walking because traffic is a little crazy. The room itself was very clean and well decorated, but in the toilet room (which was separate from the sink/shower room) there is a slight sewer odor. "Beautiful and spacious rooms with lot of sun light. Walking distance to almost everything. Excellent dining room for breakfast in the morning and drinks only in the evening. Excellent and fresh breakfast with great options for everyone. 24 hour coffee/ tea/ cappuccino/espresso. And filtered water to drink as much as you want 24 hours a day. Elevator on premises. Nothing fancy but safe and efficient elevator. Excellent staff and great hospitality. Cleaning of rooms bathrooms every day with clean sheets and towels. Very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay greatly. Couple of old game machines and great photographs of Hollywood stars on the walls. Love the decor too."

"The room was nice...cozy...shower ok bathroom is outside but next door. The kitchen didn't have any cooking oil so I asked the lady at the reception if she could provide me something. She said no...I had to insist a lot so that she called her boss who told her to buy a bottle of oil at the shop in front of the hostel. She could have been more attentive and proactive. But the lady at the reception next day was really friendly."
