Everything was awesome I have No Complaints.

Awesome location in Cary! Room was nice, but disappointed with the hard bed and poor quality bath towels. The hallways and lobby are in desperate need of renovation. The halls have an Overlook (The Shining) vibe. Only street parking, with very few reserved spaces. The staff needs some serious training on customer service at a boutique hotel. Can’t beat the location on Cary’s world class park and emerging old town scene.

This hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast was very good. What I did not like is that I requested twice for my room to be clean while I was away on business and it did not happen. Poor customer service with regard to this issue but otherwise the sparse interaction I had with management was fine. I never did receive a follow up call as promised. Also beware if the train that rolls through the town of Durham in the middle of the night. it will awaken you with the blaring horn. Also, there is a $15 per night charge for parking.

The property itself was amazing and the staff was exceedingly kind, helpful, and engaged.

We booked this room for our nephew’s wedding night. He and his bride loved the room and the staff was so accommodating in helping me add some nice touches to their room before arrival.
