The staff was friendly, room was good. Liked having microwave in the room, helps for longer stays. Improvement: Need a separate work desk space as the desk space was taken by microwave and water cups etc. The carpet throughout the hotel floor was not good. Made it difficult to move suitcases on it, it wasn't smooth and required a lot more energy/effort. The layout of the rooms being on the other side and guests having to walk with lugguage, on bad carpet, quite a distance to get to the room needs to be improved. Someone mentioned there was another door on the other side but that area is very quite and felt unsafe to park car alone on that side. Breakfast needs to be included with stay as there're limited, no other options nearby. The restaurant also needs to have more vegetarian optuons instead of just fried fast food stuff.

Stayed at the Radisson for a short while. Their staff are completely untrustworthy. They’ll charge 5 times the security deposit of $50 then room service will go in your room and steal your money. Unreliable supervisors and managers.

The property itself is quite large. Upon walking into the lobby, you notice a lot of open space that is well decorated, clean and suitable for hosting large groups. I had a king room which was very spacious and well decorated again. The bed and pillows were also comfortable. Heating/AC was sufficient and the room was quiet. Sometimes it's the little things that help the stay move from good to great. The shower rod anchors need cleaning, the shower head leaks from the back, and several holes are drilled in the tub (to prevent over filling?) Which means you can't have a bath. Do i really need a sign in the bathroom to tell me it's for bathroom tissue? Everything wise in the room was really good. The pool - warm. Hot tub was extremely disappointing as it was the same temp as the pool...i found the hot tub jet timer but no heat option. What a let down. Instead i tried the sauna. I'm pretty certain that exposed wires and water are a bad thing. I exited that danger zone quickly. Again, a let down. If all you need is a good room with a good bed and a reasonable price, this property will fit the bill nicely.

The lobby entrances waas welcoming clean etc. The room was clean. The hot tub was not hot, there was a smell, maybe sewer or unclean ducts for the bathroom vents. The rugs in the hallways and main traffic areas where old and worn, buckled. (safety hazard, someone will trip one day or catch a heel). Was checking in and the system would not accept my debit/visa card for incidentals. It was quite embarassing haviing to ask what plan B was. I offered to go take money out of an ATM to pash cash for that and they said no. I had to ask my daughter who was with me if she had a credit card and luckily she did. Not a great way to start my stay. After we checked in, I went to the ATM in the hotel and withdrew 200$ in cash and had dinner in the lounge to which I paid for with my card that couldn't work at the lobby. I highly recommend they upgrade the system or fix teh issues and the cehckin as it will happen to others. The staff did the best they could to be friendly and helpful, but it was still embarrassing and there should be a plan B for such occurrences. I did go back and tell them I just tool money out adn paid for dinner in the lounge. Please have someone look into the system and find alternatives for such situations. Maybe a little more training as well.
