Building has a smell to it but not the apartment, it’s not a big deal at all and I’d say building is dated but again the apartment is very well maintained. I learned AC in Alberta isn’t overly common so windows open and fans helped keep it comfortable. I hosted a dinner night with work guests we had everything we needed to cook and entertain adults and kids alike, its quiet, there is a balcony, the neighbourhood is quiet with everything within walking distance that you could possibly need.
