"This house comfortably accommodated our family of nine with plenty of room for each couple to have their own get away location within the house and plenty of common areas to share family time together. In addition the location was great. We walked two short blocks to enjoy downtown Aiken, had short drives to enjoy good food, and it took less than 30 minutes to get to the Augusta airport. Finally the house was beautiful, well maintained, and had great outdoor spaces."

"While staying here, we worked remotely and found the internet speeds to be reliable. We prepared most of our meals using the available appliances, including an oven, toaster oven, and microwave. Every day, I enjoyed a walk down to the dock for some fresh air and always felt safe doing so, even when walking alone. The combo lock was a convenient feature, eliminating the need to keep track of a key."

"We come to Aiken for a family Christmas party. There were 6 of us. The house had plenty of room. There were 3.5 bathrooms. The only thing I wish that the house had, was bigger beds. There was one king and the other two were smaller. "

"All VERY clean! There were 10 of us for Thanksgiving dinner and 2 large tables worked great for us. However, silverware, glasses, and coffee mugs were not nearly adequate. All else great!"

"This was a great stay. I was fortunate enough to find this house at the last minute, the weekend right before Christmas and we lucked out. The house is nice and tastefully decorated.I was in town for my father's funeral and needed a place to accommodate 5 people. Not only was it spacious and everyone had a bed (the beds were really comfortable too) the house was well equipped with everything we needed. Fresh clean towels, soaps, a full ice bin and instructions about the home. The only downside...

"We are local to Aiken and were looking for an overnight stay close to downtown to celebrate our anniversary weekend. Kendra welcomed us with flowers and treats that were so thoughtful! The house was very clean, excellent proximity to downtown. Would definitely stay again! "

"We had to make a very last minute booking due to being let down by another host and then our connecting flight was cancelled, so we arrived a day late. At every stage Brandon was very quick to respond and always helpful! The house itself has everything you could want and is close to all local amenities."

"Great lil get away. 2nd time staying at this location, perfect for a quiet reset into the new year. Charming cottage, love the screened in porch (2), great space to kick back, love hearing the lake sounds. Nice bathroom with washer/dryer. "Staff was friendly. The only downside was on our last morning as we were preparing to leave, to checkout, and to attend a meeting the lights in the bathroom went out and wouldn't come back on. We showered in the dark and had no bathroom lights at all to get ready by. "
