"This house comfortably accommodated our family of nine with plenty of room for each couple to have their own get away location within the house and plenty of common areas to share family time together. In addition the location was great. We walked two short blocks to enjoy downtown Aiken, had short drives to enjoy good food, and it took less than 30 minutes to get to the Augusta airport. Finally the house was beautiful, well maintained, and had great outdoor spaces."

"A coworker and I stayed here for 3 nights while in town for work. We really enjoyed the stay and it was much better than being in a hotel room for 3 nights. The large TV and recliners were are plus for watching the Super Bowl. The host called prior to arrival to ensure we knew that he stayed upstairs. "We really enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and spacious. We arrived the evening after a snow shower. The house was freezing and it took most of the evening to heat the house. The front stairs were covered in ice and my daughter did end up slipping on them. Thankful, she was not hurt. The host replied to my messages promptly. There is a great coffee shop at the end of the street which was so convenient and yummy! Neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again if in the area. "

"All VERY clean! There were 10 of us for Thanksgiving dinner and 2 large tables worked great for us. However, silverware, glasses, and coffee mugs were not nearly adequate. All else great!"

"We are local to Aiken and were looking for an overnight stay close to downtown to celebrate our anniversary weekend. Kendra welcomed us with flowers and treats that were so thoughtful! The house was very clean, excellent proximity to downtown. Would definitely stay again! "
