"Our suite was ready when we arrived which we appreciated after a 90 minute drive. The front desk staff was very friendly and quick to check us in. We had 2 young children with us and we were surprised and happy to know the pool was open until 11pm! While we didn’t use the balcony in our suite we loved the fireplace and the fact that the bedroom was separate from the rest of the living area as well as a decent size sofa bed for the kids. "Our room was freezing the heater was turned off and the entire room was freezing the beds were cold to the core and it was miserable showering due to the room temperature. The rooms need to remain heated maybe lower heat when not in use but at least have heat on so that room and beds mattress aren’t cold it’s January in Ontario & it was -11 -18 with windchill with high winds the room should have been warm "
