"Very cute and has everything you need . Location to smugs is great, but the road to stowe thru the notch is closed all winter so its 50 min to there. Bummer. It rained and froze so the rock sidewalk was super icy and the spiral stairs are tight, so be careful if anyone has mobility issues. The owner was responsive and the place was warm,clean and ready when we got there late. The river roaring in the backyard was pretty cool and the layout inside was really well-done. "This was a beautiful house and perfect for family. The location and views cannot be beat. The photos in the listing don’t do the house justice. The house also has a beautiful backyard with views of the mountains and gorgeous landscaping. Our only concern was that there is no air conditioning in the house so recommend you stay here in cooler months."

"Dean communicated very well throughout our stay. Prior to our arrival he sent information about how to get into the rental, heating instructions, house rules, garbage, and wifi.
