Really easy check in process, Kale was super accessible, and a nice quiet location not too far of a walk from town. We’d love to check out the cottage on our next stay! "

"My wife and I stayed here after skiing Powderhorn. Not only is the location perfect after a day of skiing, but the views are amazing. The check in/out process was easy. The two bedroom place was very spacious. Would recommend to anyone looking for more elbow room after skiing Powderhorn than a room at the reort!"

"My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here with our two dogs. The location is great, with easy access to Cedaredge and Delta as well as skiing and snowshoeing on the mesa. This would be a great house for a large group of friends or family and is set up well to accommodate that. We will definitely be back!"

"The entire experience was wonderful starting with staff who were quick to return calls, & very accommodating. The property is on the Gunnison River and close to town. Delta is a cute little town with a great variety of restaurants and shopping. The room was large. It had a microwave, a small refrigerator, nice dresser, couch, table & chair, great king sized bed, a bedside table with lamp & charging station. We had a newly renovated handicap room. The roll-in shower had a nice foldable strip to keep water in, the handheld shower head had a standard holder and bar w/slide. The bar with is in the perfect position for the fold down set. The holder can go up/ down on the as well as tilt up/down. THIS IS TRULY A HANDICAP ROOM. One the best in any hotel… low to high dollar…in any country we have vacationed in. GOOD JOB RIVERWOOD RESORTS, DELTA. Last but not least…inner entrance door & exterior door to a wire fenced in courtyard, there is a walkway down to the river. They have been remolding & it looks good on them. "
