"We arrived at around 1:30am. A bit of a mix up getting access, but it all worked out. There are 4 rooms and you have access to the kitchen, dining room and living room. Each room is marked as well in the kitchen cabinets, refrigerator. There are utensils, cups and glasses, plates and flatware. The rooms are cold in the character sense, but it was fine for us as we only slept there. It could use a better shower head but it worked. It’s cheap, clean, safe and in a good location. I recommend...

"This was the second time we stayed at this house in Haines City. We had one of our daughters' family also stay for a week. The house is perfect for a larger family and the pool and spa is amazing...everyone loved it! The pool table and especially the Air Hockey was a BIG go to in the evenings. I loved being there -it is the perfect distance to the Gulf and also to Daytona Beach, which we did. We also need to thank John for allowing us to stay 2 extra days at the last minute when the storm...

"This house is in a pretty rough neighborhood. We were concerned about our safety or the security of our vehicle. The front door locking system was weak.The house appears to have suffered some storm dsmage. The laminate floors are coming in seversl places and the overall condition of the house is poor. It was walikg distance to the Tigers spring traing facility, but you eouldnt eant to walk it at night. "

"It was a great house for our need .. we visited universal for two days and used the house to relax and swim after our fun filled days! "

"This home is brand new! Very modern and decorated beautifully. This home is maybe 5 minutes away from Legoland and any stores you might need.Our property manager responded to our messages right away and was very kind and professional. He was even able to get us checked in a little early since we were tired from our long drive.The coordinates for the home are a little confusing, but it is only necessary because the home and the community are so brand new that google doesnt know the address...
