"Great place with plenty of room to host dinners for the family we were visiting. The down stairs area was great to keep all the kids entertained. Only suggestion we would make is to install a hand rail on the stairs inside the house. It would help some of the elderly family members we had visiting. Other than that it was a great place with plenty of room. The open concept of the kitchen, dinning room, and living room was great for entertaining. The 3rd bathroom off the kitchen was also nice...

"We needed to make a last minute trip to MI from SC to visit family. We were so lucky that this little gem was available. It is small and cozy but had everything we needed. The weather was cold and snowy. It was beautiful. It felt like we were inside a snow globe during our stay. It was only 8 minutes from our family which made it very convenient. We usually make MI our summer vacation but after this stay we are thinking of adding a winter trip. This was a wonderful winter retreat."

"The property is beautiful. There is an expansive yard right on the water with a small beach. It is cozy place with two bedrooms on separate floors. Each bedroom has a bath (one full; one powder room). The kitchen is well-appointed. The furnishings are modern and new. "

I did pay quite a bit in cleaning fees so stripping the beds and taking the trash to the end of the driveway seemed like something that would be incorporated in the fee. The personalized note when we arrived and the help prior to check in was great. I’m hoping to bring my kids back this summer!"

"We had a very pleasant stay here. The view is beautiful and the furniture is comfortable. It was warm enough in October that we got to use the kayaks and that was enjoyable. We were able to see beavers, swans and other birds. The house has a good vibe and we had a nice time staying here. "
