"Overall easy stay if you’re needing to be in close range to the parks. We had two small children so this was nice for naps, earlier bedtime, etc. Also loved the bunkbeds and they had cribs provided. The parking situation was a bit chaotic. We got there around 9, with check in obviously not being until 3. We planned to unload our bags in the lobby and park at the hotel until we needed to come back to check in. We were told we couldn’t park there until after 3. So we had to wait over an hour for...

"Bathroom was smaller than I was expecting and the shower had some drain issues but other than that the stay was amazing, the staff is outstanding and the place is quite beautiful. I was very happy with our stay!"

"Location is great. About 6 minutes walk to Disneyland. Hotel rooms are cleaned. Easy checking in and out. Would stay here again when visiting Disneyland. "

"The check-in was easy and the woman at the front desk was very helpful and gave us excellent advice on how to walk our luggage across the street to John Wayne Airport saving us the cost of a cab ride which we really appreciated. "

"It was a beautiful, amazing, fairy tale like place and very gorgeous. The festival of Lights made it more beautiful. All friendly staff except for the front desk that very rude and gave us no information. Unfortunately the Catacomb tour was booked. Definitely will come back again"

"There’s a lot of people who lives in the hotel; there was numerous rooms having gatherings late at night. Lot of noise. It wasn’t very clean either. The pictures don’t show you all the bad side to this hotel "
