"Not as advertised at all. No access to sauna They close reception at 8:00 PM You only get one key for the room … so there is zero flexibility for your vacation No gym I would save my money and find another place to stay in, there are plenty around the area"

"We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s amazing! The rooms are really beautiful, the food is great, and the staff is so nice. We loved the pools, playground and beautiful view. We highly recommend the hotel. "

"The house is beautifully maintained and the proprietors are extremely friendly. The apartment had three separate rooms: a full eat-in kitchen, a private bathroom (with shower and toilet), and bedroom with a double bed. The proprietress delivered breakfast (breakfast, wireless internet and parking were included in the price) into the kitchen at our requested time. The location is gorgeous - right in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park (Osttirol region), surrounded by mountains."
