"We were in Tulsa for 5 nights for the annual chili bowl indoor car racing. Our suite was very affordable, clean and spacious. The staff was great and it was nice to enjoy the continental breakfast every morning. The location was terrific for us with restaurants, stores, and gas stations nearby. It was only 10 minutes to the airport which was perfect for our early checkout."

"I booked my stay well in advance. When I arrived, there was no room available for me. They wanted to have me stay at some other motel (not close) if they could find one for me. I insisted on getting a room at this motel. I finally accepted a room that had was listed as 'out of service' due to the bathtub / shower not working. When I made my reservation I had requested a ground floor room with handicap access. The room I accepted was on the second floor and there is no elevator in this motel....

"Man at the front desk told me my room didn’t have a TV but he would let me not have a deposit. I told him I couldn’t not have a TV in my room and he said oh we have another one and your hotel is nonrefundable anyways there were roaches, no towels no remote control dirt everywhere. It was disgusting. I didn’t even sleep in there. There was hair and dirt in my bed. There was poop all around the toilet. My door wouldn’t latch all the way it looks like somebody kicked it in there were people outside...
