"Very Nice house!. Clean and close to all the wineries. The beach was residents only parking and we did not have a pass. Was not a walk to it either. Maybe could have got a pass for the day, but we got there late and just drove in and out. We found out that a lot of the beaches in North Fork require Resident parking Passes. We really enjoyed our stay and found it very Relaxing.Thank you Carl for a nice home to hang out for a few days.."

It is a lovely cottage within a pleasant walking distance to the beach. Owner offered meticulous attention to detail and decor. Very clean. Highly recommended. "

"I booked this property as I was running my first 50-mile race and it was located within 2 miles from the starting trailhead! I wanted a place close by that was big enough to house 4 people total and this cottage provided exactly that. The pictures don’t do it justice truthfully as it was much bigger than I thought it was going to be. The house was very cozy and welcoming, and provided everything I needed for a weekend away. I will definitely book it again! "

"Everything about this stay was wonderful, Sandy and John were lovely hosts, the grounds and location absolutely beautiful and a "labor of love" clearly. Our pup was totally welcomed and we equally enjoyed being on the property on the screened in porch or outside grilling and visiting the area, neighboring towns and the vineyards. For a family of four this is great, or also a few groups of friends renting the cottages also would be nice. Thank you to Sandy and John and we will look forward to...

"Getting in and out of the property was very difficult. All the codes for the front door did not work and we were on the phone for an hour trying to get in. We had to go through the rental company as the owner didn’t answer any of our calls or texts. Also, locking the front door was very problematic. None of the shampoo, conditioner, or soap dispensers worked. The sheets were so itchy and horrible that we had to switch from the queen bed to the twin beds. Overall, the beds didn’t feel very clean...
