Got a different room with no working tv remote and Waited over an hour for a remote to be brought to my room. Staff was friendly but the waiting periods were ridiculous. "

"Nice although alot if strict rules, they do not allow pets as stated on Expedia, staff has strict rules to extend or rebook before 11 am or else you wait downstairs to check in again til 3 pm. Nice hot breakfast."
