We told the desk person Deborah and she quickly had an upgraded room ready for us. "We stay here every time we come to the Coast as it is very handy to the family we are visiting but have never been disappointed! The staff are amazing!! It’s very clean and has everything you need. Well laid out and easy! We’ve stayed at the hotel too but like the villas for the price and the ease.
