"I had an amazing one night stay at this property. The parking is a huge issue, and not everyone wants to use the valet.. you’re in downtown Philly maybe invest in some parking spots or buy spaces from the city so people can park around your building without risk of being towed. My only the complaint was the lack of attention at the pool when over 15 kids were in the hot tub and multiple younger ones flooding the floors with water and running all around the pool, several of them fell and no one came to mediate the situation. Howver this hotel was immaculate, a great location, nice staffing, very quiet for being in the city and in great walking distance to a lot around the area! Great job overall! "

"We came to PA for our daughter’s college basketball game. We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel and parking lot were well lit. Check-in was a breeze and the person who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. The room was clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Check out was very easy; in fact all I had to do was give the staff my key card and I was all set. This stay checked all of my must have boxes i.e clean, well lit, comfortable, friendly staff, reasonably priced and safe. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend to family and friends. "
