Everything was pretty run down, there was a funky smell & only 1 elevator working. I went down for breakfast at 9:55 (it ended at 10) & they had already taken the coffee away… thankfully there was coffee in the room, it worked to get my fix until I could get real coffee, but I feel like coffee should’ve been the last thing they put away or at least wait until 10! The parking area in front had major potholes, had to park in a parking structure next door, not super convenient (no direct access to hotel), but at least it was available. We had a great view of downtown NY! Freeway access was convenient.

Such a wonderful welcome! One of the best check-in experiences - Sarah was so welcoming, gave me wine and had my bags taken up so I could go up to the roof terrace and enjoy the view! Marvelous!
