Its impossible to review the cottage without mentioning the wonderful view across the river towards Cader Idris through the huge living room window. The only thing i can fault is the listing said there was a hot tub and upon arrival this was not the case. Which is a shame as this was a major reason of us booking. "An absolute beautiful property perfect for a family get together. The property is very well presented and cleanliness is second to none. Its a very well equipped property with everthing you could ever need. The games room was superb and all the family enjoyed. The layout of the property is perfect and there are lots of seating areas if you are looking to relax. Checkin process was super simple and the host is always on hand if required. We had an amazing stay and would 100% stay here again."

"The property is in a great location - in the centre of the town, opposite the train station and a five minute walk to the beach. Despite its centra location it is very quiet and also has lovely views from the back. There were 12 of us staying in the house, but there was plenty of room for all of us and the four kids absolutely loved the attic lounge/playroom. Communication with the owner was great and overall I couldn't fault it. I only wish we could have stayed for longer."
