"Prior to arrival I called the hotel for info on possible early check-in and the parking situation. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful. Once I arrived at the hotel, the staff at the Bell station were very friendly greeting me and offering assistance. The employee working the front desk was also friendly. She was quick to get my keys to my room and careful about saying the number out loud. She was helpful describing hotel amenities. The parking garage that felt very safe was especially nice in the stormy weather. "

"I loved the property.The staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is seeing bunches of sheets and towels in the hallway upon check-in. It was like 3:15pm. I was on the 10th floor, Rm 1005. Also, there was the same pieces of trash outside the same doors no matter when we went to our room. So the housekeeping definitely needed some help in that area. I was trying to impress my husband and those things stuck out. I'd stay again, but housekeeping needs to do better. The hotel is beautiful and those things cheapen the experience. "
