Perfect mountain getaway
This home is beautiful with ample space so everyone can spread out during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and perfect to prepare meals in. An amazing home we would certainly stay in again.

Beautiful home with great location!
This amazing home has gorgeous views and is just a few miles to Purgatory. We housed 3 families and had room to spare. The kitchen was well equipped which was important to us since it’s quite a drive to Durango. I recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles. Some of our party used to village ski shop and shuttle which was very convenient.

Destination in itself
The house and accommodations were absolutely perfect for our stay. We knew the area around Cascade Village was beautiful so staying here was the icing on the cake. The house is well set up and we enjoyed the fire pit, grill and pool table. The owner communicated well with us and we couldn’t have asked for better weather.

This home was beautiful the views were amazing. The shuttle from the cascade village to purgatory was very convenient. The house was big enough for our big group. Communication with the host was super easy. We hope to stay here again. Definitely a 5 star home.

Beautiful home and great location
The house is beautiful! It accommodates a large group well. We used the pickle ball courts and pool everyday! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. There is a fire pit outside that is fun to sit around but it doesn’t work properly and shuts on and off. We really enjoyed the stay and would recommend it for large groups to stay comfortably!

Incredible home with stunning views. Everything about the house and location was absolutely perfect for our group including young kids. However, the property manager took a long time to respond, didn’t answer questions, accused us of staying past checkout when it was actually the cleaners at the home and still has not reached back out to me regarding billing issues.

Absolutely beautiful
Honestly I have nothing bad to say. Everything was great with our stay here. Somethings I especially loved was: The view (SO stunning and breathtaking). The heated floors were perfection. The kitchen was SO well stocked with everything we needed to cook and even some food- they already had a ton of condiments in the fridge and lots of spices in the cabinet. We LOVED how big the house was- it’s extremely spacious for big groups! The huge tub in the master with the jets was sooo relaxing!! The location was GREAT for all of the ones in our group that were snowboarding and skiing. The place is only a mile away. There’s just so much this property has to offer that was wonderful. So so glad we chose this house! It was a wonderful week!!

Great place, but under constant surveillance
This is a beautiful, clean house and an awesome location. Check-in/checkout is a breeze. The listing says that the house has AC, but it doesn’t. Luckily, it wasn’t a problem for us because the temperatures were amazing. The only real problem we had was that all the outside sitting areas had cameras pointing right at them. So, no one felt comfortable sitting outside and talking because everything was being recorded and heard by strangers. I can understand the front porch, garage and maybe even the back porch being under surveillance, but the upstairs balcony which no one can access from the outside had a camera too. We felt that there was no privacy outside.

Very nice house, but one fewer bedroom than advertised!
Overall, this is a great house and it's a great place for a few families or group of friends. It's very close to Purgatory as well, which is why we came here. There were a few things that we found that I think it would be helpful for others to know, though: + First, when we arrived, after trying to use a murphy bed that was broken and reporting it broken, we were told that it was previously broken and we shouldn't use that bedroom. (this is the first time I've ever rented a place that had one fewer bedroom than advertised without some type of prior notice). This caused some challenges in our group as we planned to have all bedrooms advertised for use. + There were a few things that didn't work properly in the house. A number of lights didn't quite work well (though we managed to find some spare bulbs in the home), and the fridge was beeping for most of our stay. The hosts were responsive but it took a few days to get someone out to look at the fridge, and they needed to send a second person the next day. For a 5 night stay, that meant it was beeping most of the time. + There were quite a few flies that died in the master bedroom and ended up all over the floor. Not sure where these came from but it was about 15-20 dead on the floor and many dead in the exhaust fan of the bathroom. They didn't really bother us but know that this would bother some, so thought we'd share so others were aware. As mentioned, the home was large and nice for big groups. The property management company was also very responsive, but finding folks to come repair things in the area that's outside of a large metro area just took some time, which I understand they can't control. However, we do wish we were made aware of the missing bedroom before we arrived, which would have been easy to communicate.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had a slight mishap with the smoke alarm, but hopefully that’s being addressed. The master doesn't have a closet, this is inconvenient. But overall the house is very pretty and well kept.

Great Mountain Home for large family
This property was great for our extended family. This house is wonderful and the Mountain view is fantastic. We comfortably housed 15 people (adults and teenagers) with plenty of space. Teens really enjoyed the game room downstairs with pool table and TV area Already reserved again for next summer..

Amazing!!
This place was truly beautiful and exactly what we needed for a place to stay for our daughter's wedding at Cascade Village. There were so many bedrooms and bathrooms which worked out conveniently for everyone getting ready for the wedding...bride, bridesmaids, etc. Lots of space to spread out in and relax, also. Kids loved the pool table room. Nice deck in front and peaceful backyard patio. Definitely recommended for family gatherings.

Little Slice of Heaven
Perfect location, setting and home. This fit our large party with beds to spare. It was well kept, stocked and clean. Multiple gathering areas so different activities like games, movies and pool kept everyone entertained and occupied. Fantastic outdoor area for grilling or just sitting by the fire star gazing. Clubhouse and pool was a great bonus, although pool was a tad cool the kids couldn't get enough of it and the hot tub was awesome for adults. Surrounded on all sides by absolute gorgeous mountain views. Words can't describe what an amazing place and time we had here!
