"This is our 2nd time staying in this apartment. The owners are nearby so if anything comes up, they respond right away. There are many amenities and lots of kitchen items. Even though it's right in old town, the apartment is extremely quiet. The view with the river is perfect. We will stay again. "

"This locations is our go to spot in Florence. First time we stayed in this unit great amenities, clean, awesome covered deck, walk to everything. Don’t forget to visit The Pono Hukilau one of the best restaurants on the west coast! Only a short drive to the sea lion caves 15 minutes. "

"Unable to enter the property, due to "worn out"key. Had to call VRBO many times, got shuffled back and forth. We were in town in plenty of time but because of inability in get in or out of rental missed a get together and dinner. Finally someone arrived to give us a working key at 8PM, check-in was 4PM. The gentleman that "fixed" the key issue lived in Florence! VRBO totally dropped the ballon this one!"
