"We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage. It was clean and had everything you needed. The cottage is small, but we spent most of our time outside. The view was stunning and the doc was a great place to see the lake and look at the starts. This location is great to be able to explore around Seneca and Keuka lakes. "

"We so enjoyed our stay, especially given there were no near barking dogs or misbehaving children (we are empty nesters). The property though, needs to have the addition of a TV and DVD movie selections. We brought a portable DVD player with us. This could be easily added to the lower level room. "Two families of 4 from Canada met up and we had a great time. The house accommodated all 8 of us very well. Both for sleeping, eating and game nights. The location on the water was stunning. Must be wonderful to go for a swim in the summer. Water a bit too cold in December. Overall a great experience. We can see ourselves coming back here. "

"Every morning I woke up to a new view, from fog settled over the lake with snow blowing by, or bright light glinting off shimmering waters, or pinks and oranges reflecting off white snow.The whole house was like that. Expansive, expressive, accomodating, comfortable, and just wonderful to rest and relax in. There were 5 of us, and it never felt crowded, but it always felt cozy when we all came together to watch a movie or cook dinner.I cannot recommend this place enough!"

However, even though the house is cute, it is in need of a deep cleaning as the windows and screens were dirty, the stove was greasy and the floors need scrubbing.
