"When I first walked into the office it smelled clean and looked clean. Thats was a gear sign. Front desk was very kind. I went to my room and it smelled great. Itnlolke perfect. Im happy I stayed here. It was very cheap and better than any other place. I travel a lot. This place is a gem. I stayed at a different hotel last night and you couldnt pay me to sleep at that horrible place ever again. I will stay here every time I come to Dubuque now."

"Has been updated since last time we were there. Family in the area so just need beds. Last time was very dated, new fridge, microwave, furniture, bed spreads. Much fresher.
