"Great hotel with incredible service that makes it stand out (so sorry, I forgot many names of all the staff who made us feel so special). Right from arriving in taxi and being welcomed outside as a “VIP friend”, to reception who were so happy to see us, informed, the cool check-in on 41st floor with the brilliant Karim who helped us so much. Spa was delightful (Aman), the Turkish buffet for Iftar was pacy full of variety and flavour - very delicious. Room was incredible (they made our day by preparing the suite), but the new thing was how every member of staff - from concierge to security - made us feel extra special during our stay."

"Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The staff were very friendly - we didn’t get the names of everyone who helped us but thank you to Duncan for helping us with our luggage! The breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of both hot and cold options. We really appreciate the upgraded room which was beautiful, bright and spacious. We wish the property was closer to the metro but knew that when we booked it - just one thing to consider if you want to try and avoid always taking a taxi!
