"I travel to this hotel regularly during school holidays and it is my favourite for safety, opulence, incredible food and service. My 12 year old loves that I can take him to the gym, it’s easy to travel to marina:JBR area from here & the pool area is busy but good. Value for money is incredible & I can’t wait to return again at Easter. Staff in check in and check out are incredible. "

"Great property with excellent staff when paid as a package. But encounter different experiences and higher price for additional private tour at Concierge. Disappointed by lack of knowledgeable tour guide. Felt ripped off for lack of quality control. "
