"Our experience at the hotel overall was excellent. From the greeters at the door, to amazing valet parking service, and also the super kind and generous room and cleaning service. We really enjoyed our time at the Shangri-La in Dubai and would highly recommend it. My family and I felt very comfortable and safe during our entire visit. They also made sure to take the extra step to enhance our experience. "

There were people at the front door (Raghu, Asheaf, Salman) that were always smiling and polite The staff at the restaurant at breakfast were very helpful. I remember some names of the staff (Vasanth and Krishna). Always keeping the pace clean and helping the guests The staff at the front desk were no exception. From the manager Ayaz to the staff Wasi, Kamla and the rest. I don't remember all the names for the staff but there is not a single conplaint against any member.
