"The Highland Dell was an enjoyable stay for us. Our room, 102, was interesting. There was no thermometer setting available but I assume it was because it was certified as Green and all rooms were monitored as a whole. Room was relatively small but very clean. No closet, bathroom consisted of a toilet and shower. Sink, mirror, hairdryer were in bedroom area. Walking from the bed to the bathroom was literally down hill. "This was one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed in. The room and grounds were so beautiful that we decided to dine in each night and play golf on the exceptional putting green and pickleball on the courts. The included breakfast was also really nice. I would recommend this to anyone heading to the Sonoma wine country "

"It’s a relaxing place, great for exploring Healdsburg on foot or bike and a convenient drive to multiple wineries. Breakfast is well presented, afternoon wine and freshly baked cookies were appreciated. The heated pool (really a large spa pool) was nice. The massage therapist was excellent. "We were expecting a “hotel” but like everywhere else in the area it is actually sets of separate little bungalows for loss of a better word. Small, but cozy and clean. We had a very pleasant stay. At first we were a little taken aback that there was no tv as we both make our living doing the news, but we had excellent Wi-Fi and still managed to keep up with our station. "Clean, comfortable, well appointed throughout, and walking distance from downtown shops and restaurants for a less touristy alternative to Healdsburg. Expect wholesome and freshly prepared breakfasts like a vegetable frittata, house made yogurt, or an apple Dutch pancake, and appreciate that many of the the ingredients were grown on-site as you stroll through the Inn’s lovely garden. Plus the 'Noble Folk' ice cream in town is incredible if you don't mind waiting in line. For us this stay was very therapeutic as well because we don't have pets but the two house doggies are there for you and they are very social...
