My only 2 complaints are how uncomfortable the pull out bed is, we ended up not being able to use it and there wasnt an updated tv with streaming and movie rental options. The price for the suite was so cheap compared to what youre getting. "

"Liked cleanliness and water stations to fill up water bottles. Didn’t like the bed. Too hard. Not happy with inconsistent information from front desk staff regarding paying for parking. I was charged for it before leaving even though I had been told to pay when leaving the garage. I had to ask about it when checking out. I also didn’t like that I was charged for my stay before I even got there when I was supposed to pay upon arrival. And why was I charged more than Expedia said it would cost?"

"Valet parking was not available at check in, had to wait an hour for valet parking. Had to park in another place waiting for valet parking. Check in was okay. Check out was okay, had a problem with being charged for WiFi connection but straightened out. Valet parking personnel were okay. Bakery/store personnel were somewhat indifferent to customers."
