"I had a room facing the street that was beautiful for sunrise but very noise around 4am, when large trucks used their airbrakes. Interior room have windows into lightshafts that don't suite me. The room itself was nice. It takes about 5 minutes for the hotwater to arrive in the shower. Reception staff were ok. Dinning room staff were very accomodating."

"Very nice hotel and the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. Rooftop patio has a great view and pool, and the location is prime! Not a big fan of the Queen room for a couple as the wall that separates the bathroom from the bedroom doesnt go all the way, so if you get up to visit the bathroom at night the light and sound will wake your partner up"

"Yes i would stay here again. Fair price, good service. Room had no window to outside, just to interior of hotel, but we were out all day anyway. Good location. Concierge helped book day tours to Teo pyramids and Tolantongo hot springs. "
