"I always love staying here. A vintage hotel that feels like the 1970s. Clean, good service, so much space to hang out with friends within the hotel. Elevators are fun. The rooms are dated, but they are always clean and the suites are nice size with two bathrooms. When I’m in DTLA I like staying here. It’s not fancy, but it’s good, clean, and spacious. Only complaint is valet parking cost. It’s really best to valet park in this area where the hotel is, so you just pay the price. The valet retrieves your car quickly. The other strange thing we encountered. We opt to unpack our car and push our own cart to room. They don’t like that. They take your drivers license and chase you down if you’re trying to load your own bags on a cart and go up the elevator. My guess is luggage cart theft has been a problem?!"

"Loved the renovation to the room. It was a very unique open style setting. The toilet was in closed separately, but shower was open to the room. It had an 60s feel with modern utilities. The hotel itself was safe and felt that way. Outside of the hotel was dirty due to homeless people. They didn’t bother anyone, just a small inconvenience. Was definitely worth what I paid. "

"Such a cute hotel within walking distance of Whole Foods, CVS, Starbucks & lots of amazing restaurants. I was there for work & I just wanted to crash so decide to dine in at the hotel each night, what a great choice! One night they had a jazz trio band that was amazing. I enjoyed the La Rosa cocktail, the burger & a pasta with onion foam… ALL INCREDIBLE! Will be back. "

"Very convenient location to stay near the staples center to events. Walking distance. Very nice scenery of glass windows in room. Nice bathroom . Room air was hard to adjust for comfort. "

"Beautiful hotel! Room was clean, beds comfortable. Mini fridge in room is always a plus. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. FYI, if there on NYE, take your pix of the holiday decorations-they were taking everything down on NY’s morning! "

"Very nice place to stay in downtown LA, safe & accessible to where you want to go. Very spacious, clean esp the bathroom is big. It is complete from washer & dryer, kitchen with utensils, fridge,tv. I would love to come back here again."
