"This is our go to place when we are visiting Kelowna. We book the King suite in the tower which has fantastic views! I also enjoy the large bath tub and the huge seating area. This hotel has the friendliest front desk staff who are available and eager to help and the pub attached to the hotel has fabulous food and great staff with a fun party vibe. Free breakfast is a great touch with loads of options. The indoor pool is massive and surrounded by large windows to bring the outside light in - lots of seating areas outside in the large court yard with beautiful trees and a large grassy area for a walk. "

"Only one indoor pool was available and the hot tub wasn't very hot. Unit we were in had just been updated. Still had a bit of gyp rock dust around edges of walls. Could use TV 's updated. But all and all was very nice."

"only little problem was we stayed for breakfast, and it was good but the hashbrowns were wedge first, to me that is lazy to serve a very good breakfast with a commercial kitchen and not make a proper hash brown, frozen wedges did not cut it, other than that, all great and we will return!"
