"With the age of technology, it was surprising to us that your hotel did not offer Smart TV's and we certainly didn't think to ask with "the age of technology". So this was most disappointing and would not choose your hotel, at any location, in the event we would be need a hotel in the future. The evening snacks/drinks and breakfast were very nice; however, eliminating the complimentary evening snacks/drinks may open your hotels to afford being more tech savy."

"Usual stop during drive home from visit to grandkids in NC. Reasonable rate and right off I-270. Includes free drinks and light fare in early evening. Typically a lot of workers visiting the area who must get attractive rate (eg. electrical, cable). Rooms solid enough as hotel has good bones. Not sure about their loyalty program as it’s never been offered. "

"Excellent property! I loved the vibe and the theme of the hotel. It reminded me of being at coffee shop in San Francisco. We were greeted by Anthony at the front desk & all the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the "bunker" room with a nice view on the 7th floor, overlooking the COSI museum. The room was modern, clean, & very comfortable. My toddler discovered on day 2 that there was a hidden mini fridge. Dinner at Little West Tavern was chef's kiss. On night one we had the Skirt Steak & Brussell sprouts (10/10). On night 2 we had the Ny steak, Grits, & cheddar biscuits another 10/10. The Breakfast burrito at Maudine's HUGE & very filling. They also have many coffee offerings. I would definitely recommend this property & visit again, all the way from Southern California!"
