"Honestly this was a wonderful experience from start to finish, every single staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back next time I visit! My only complaint would be that the bed was more on the firm side to my liking, but absolutely nothing about the rest of my stay was bad. "

"Very cool old hotel with unique rooms… we stayed in the Bach room and enjoyed our check-in experience and the room itself during our short stay. However, we were awakened at 7:15am to loud drilling or sawing in the room next to us just on the other side of our bedroom wall… it went on for 30 minutes or so. All in all (other than that) would recommend staying here."

"Very unhappy. The stay was fine but I realized I had forgotten a $100 iphone charger in the rooom. I called as I was driving but 3 hours into my trip home to ask them to mail it and I would pay the cost of mailing. They took my number, said they would tell housekeeping who had not started cleaning for the day. I never heard from the housekeeping manager and never received my charger back. Not sur eif I will book through hotels.com again."
