"Everyone was friendly and helpful. As a night shift worker who needs white noise to sleep, I appreciated being able to make the thermostat fan operate continuously. My only suggestion is to offer multiple pillow options given that some people appreciate softer pillows."

"I saw a lot of bad reviews the night before I stayed (and too late to cancel), so I was nervous. I didn’t need to be, the stay was phenomenal! My room was perfect, the view was amazing, the staff was friendly, the area was safe, the hotel was within walking distance to where I had to be. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. The price was right too! I checked out on a Saturday and already by Sunday, my full deposit has been returned. I did not use parking is the only thing I can’t really comment on but PLENTY of parking nearby! Definitely recommend. "

"My family stayed here over spring break. Checkin was fast and seamless. The bellman met us at the car and took our bags up to our room. The staff was helpful during our stay. Everyone was friendly. Front desk was helpful. The bar/restaurant closed for a few days, but the front desk gave us bottled water. Hotel is nicely located near Francesca’s and Wildberry Cafe, which we enjoyed during our time. We took taxis and Ubers while we were in town. Checkout was a bit more chaotic. The Bellman did not answer multiple calls, so we had to haul all of our bags to the lobby. Valet text said my car would be ready in 9 minutes. 2 minutes later, the valet snapped at me that my car had been ready (and sitting in a space I couldn’t see). He seemed stressed though. Overall, I would stay here again. We enjoyed our time! "
