"Great hotel and everything was wonderful. My favorite things were that the entire hotel was very clean and neat. I’m big on staying at clean and tidy hotels and this one definitely hit the mark. It’s been recently remodeled and it looks great. It’s nothing extremely fancy or premium but definitely has a new and renovated look/feel to it. Staff is awesome. Check in and check out was great and the person at the food bar was always so nice and kind. The staff always smiles and says hello. There is a parking garage right at the hotel for $25. Wish it was complimentary but most hotels in LA don’t offer that anyway. Right across the street there is a small restaurant (didn’t check it out but looks like a decent option if you dont want to go far. There is also a Whole Foods grocery store and two gas stations about a 30 second walk from the hotel so those are good options if you want some snacks and drinks. These are the closest and most convenient options where you can step out and grab something within a min or two. There’s a really nice outdoor patio with tables for hanging out and eating- this is the same area where the jacuzzi is located. Nice to hang out or eat lunch if you bring it back to the hotel. The hotel doesn’t have a huge lobby, it’s more of an entrance where you walk in through to check in but there is a decent sized sitting area where the food station/bar is located. There are a number of booths/tables to sit and eat or just hang out. The rooms are also great!"

"The Hotel itself I great, however it is pretty close to the freeway so the noise from cars is pretty loud but tolerable. People at the hotel were great!"

"A great place to stay. It's in the middle of Hollywood (that's also its downside). Hollywood isn't what it used to be, so it's a little depressing now."

"Nice clean hotel. Close to Universal Studios. Parking had Tesla charging in the garage and Superchargers right next to the hotel. Only 2 complaints. The daily parking rate quoted on Hotels.com said $39 but hotel charged $47 + taxes. The person at the front desk did take care of this for me which was great. The only other issue was it was very inconvenient to unload our luggage from our car. Because we did not want to do valet service we were told we could not park in front of the hotel lobby so we had to move to the other side of the roundabout. And when my 13 year-old daughter went and asked to get a luggage cart she was told she could not take one and that they would send someone over, but they never did. But overall, nice hotel."
