"The bed and pillows were very hard. Not a fan of that. I was glad that there was a sheet on the bed, I have stayed at hotels that have started using only the duvet and if you get too warm, it’s not good. The place was clean and the staff was wonderful, but the comfort level was not what I like "

Upon arrival our room was not yet ready, but staff was very helpful and accommodating while we waited.
