"Visited a month after TS Helene came thru Asheville. I think the hotel is doing remarkably well for resolution it. I found it very convenient to downtown with plentiful parking. Hope to visit again when the situation has normalized in Asheville. Thank you for the hospitality!"

"Don't pass up this hotel! Even though it's not in the heart of downtown, it's close enough to walk everywhere. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Some small things need attention though - the in-room coffee is the worst I've ever had. The towels are the opposite of soft and fluffy. The gym hasn't been re-stocked for towels or wipes in likely forever. If you just need a nice hotel with a great room, this is the hotel for you."

"The coffee maker in room 1028 was disgusting and needs to be replaced. Otherwise our overall stay was fantastic and we will always stay at the Renaissance when we visit Asheville. The brunch was fantastic!"
