"Great stay and accessible to public transportation however Renter beware of the STEEP hills that you will need to walk. We walked from both stations and we got killed by the steep roads to get to the property. The property was overall in a clean and maintained status. Maybe just need to have the shower curtains changed but it was overall a great choice. "

"I was looking for a 4 month long stay, but decided to leave shortly after a month. I recommend staying short term as a vacation rental only. Host is kind and welcoming, but I recommend asking her for every single one of her rules, as well as stipulations on guests before you decide to stay, they are not all listed on the booking and it may sway your decision. The owner lives above and has access to the rental, so if that makes you uncomfortable I'd have a conversation with her about it. I...

"We were in NYC for a medical issue & enjoyed our stay at the studio apt. Having the convince oh being able to prepare our meals & having all the comforts of home made a stressful situation easier to cope with. The location is close to restaurants , shopping & hospitals.if we are ever I need of staying on the upper east side we will definitely stay here again.
