"I wasn't sure going in that I'd like the communal bathroom setup, but thought I'd give it a try for a new experience. It was surprisingly not bad at all. The staff kept the stalls very clean and they provide shower bags for each guest in your room. Overall very pleasant experience!"

"From the moment of check in to check out, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed in a "cabin" room, without windows. We liked the feature of complete darkness while staying in a city, as we live in a rural area and are used to quiet and darkness at night. "It's a great place to explore the Back Bay of Boston. Lots of shops right outside the hotel. You can also access the subway as soon as you step out. Easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Very pleased with the cleanliness. You can choose when the staff comes in to clean. The lobby was really nice too and I felt the prices for stuff like coffee was reasonable. "It is a beautiful hotel in a great location in Boston. It has an excellent bar (The Sporting Club) attached to it. Service was excellent. My one negative would be the room size. It was a little small. "
