"Clearly a very unique property, that definitely would have been in its hay day incredible. Situated amongst an amazing gold course with incredible views, set in large grounds, with swimming pool, spa and tennis court, plus a winery to boot. Sadly you can see the property exterior/gardens/maintenance slowly deteriorating. The rooms are huge, very clean, and a little dated as well. "Great location in Karikari with small beach across the street. Small playground on site for kids and a games room which we didn’t use. Good value motel with mix of rooms and camper sites. Functional, not posh. "
