Although there are individual AC units in each of the bedrooms, they have to work very hard to remove the humidity and provide relief from it. "Older home that needs some updating. They were working on the master bathroom when we got there and could not fix one of the sinks and one of the showers and never came back. There were broken chairs out back sitting by the pool and one thrown around the side of the deck. Two fans were broken …. Ran out of propane during a dinner and they did eventually get that taken care of. Just needs an all around spruce up and maintenance . "

"My husband and I treated our children and 1 year old granddaughter to a 10 day stay at this lovely villa. It was everything the listing states. Well appointed, beautiful pool, right on the beach. Yes, when the trucks go by, you can hear them when they use their air brakes, but you quickly overlook it. We felt very safe and well looked after by Stephen and ViVi. Location was walking distance by beach to Dominical. Grocery store was a 3 min drive. We’d definitely go back!!!"

We had great meals at La Parcela and of course the wings at Jolly Roger’s! This villa is perfect for great walks on the beach, relaxing by the pool and has a great kitchen to prepare any foods or beverages desired. Easy travel to Manuel Antonio and Uvita for night life, and quiet if you wanted to stay home. We truly love this area and will be back for sure!!"

Perfect Location, Walk to Beach, Infinity Pool, Luxury Decor, Fast Free Wifi!

"Great communication from Monica prior to our arrival.The house was all we expected it to be - super clean, laid out perfectly for multiple couples, the kitchen had everything you could want, and the location is perfect.3 couples enjoyed 10 days at the house, and it's situated where every night we had the perfect sunset (from the pool no less!) The pool guy came twice while we were there to make sure everything was good (cleaned pool, checked pH levels, etc)The kitchen was perfect! We prepared breakfast and dinner at the house almost every day (ate lunch out), at the table on the patio. There is a BM Supermarket about 3 minutes from the house and they have everything you could possibly need.The property is in a gated community and there was never a time we didn't feel safe. I saw a couple of old comments about safety and all I will say about that is they clearly didn't use the security features the owner has provided.From the porch/pool you will see Tucan's, Iguana's and Agouti's...hint, if you feed them banana's they will come every day. We also saw an anteater and a black squirrel.Downtown Dominical is 5 minutes away (gorgeous with plenty of great restaurants and shopping - and a tour company we did three tours with). Uvita is about 15-20 minutes south (don't miss the Whale's Tail!)I could go on forever, but if you are considering the Dominical/Uvita area, this is THE house!!"
