"Jimmy in the ski shop was amazzzing! And the shuttle drivers. Very disappointed that when we took dirty towels (very dirty) on arrival to reception no apology or acknowledgement of how something like that wasn’t acceptable! Given cost and added charges we incurred it did make us not want to return. Nobody wants to find towels brown stained. The spa treatments were amazing and girls were very lovely. "

"Overall very good family break over Christmas and New Year, lovely location with amazing views over French Alps, our first time in Alps and not the last definitely. Our apartment was very small on the ground floor and very basic but for the price we did not expect much to be honest. We asked for different but they were fully booked.
